1. Acceptance

By accessing nodeapi-hub.digital and related educational materials offered by Nodeapi Hub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site.

2. Educational purpose

6. No payments on this website

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and materials are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or fitness for a particular custody setup. Device manufacturers remain authoritative for recovery procedures.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nodeapi Hub and its instructors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the site or educational materials. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the site is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific program giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you paid no fees.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Korea shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

We may update these Terms of Service by posting a revised page with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
