Refund Policy

Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid educational programs offered by Nodeapi Hub. Prices on this website are informational; the invoice or enrollment confirmation you receive controls the commercial terms for your seat.

Eligibility timeframe

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not downloaded cohort file packs and have not attended a live workshop block. Requests after that window are considered under partial-refund or exception rules below.

Full refund conditions

A full refund is available when (a) the request arrives within the 7-day window, (b) no live session was attended, and (c) downloadable template packs were not accessed. We may ask you to confirm deletion of any inadvertently received files.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after the first live block but before the midpoint of a cohort, we may issue a 40% partial refund of tuition, excluding third-party processing fees. Withdrawals after the midpoint are generally ineligible for partial refunds.

Non-refundable items

Third-party shipping for printed inserts, custom facilitation already delivered for Archive Atelier, and donated scholarship seats are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email support@nodeapi-hub.digital with your full name, enrollment email, program name, payment date, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and request any missing details.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Bank or processor timelines may add additional days beyond our transfer.

Cancellations by Nodeapi Hub

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra tuition.

Exceptions

We may grant goodwill exceptions for documented medical or relocation events on a case-by-case basis. Exceptions do not create standing policy changes.
