4. Retention

Contact messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active cohort dispute. Technical logs are typically rotated within 90 days. Cookie consent choices remain until you clear storage or reset preferences. Cohort records needed for certificates or refunds may be kept up to five years.

We use processors for email delivery, hosting, and analytics (when accepted). Processors may only handle data under our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
