Cookie Policy

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies such as localStorage may store preferences. Nodeapi Hub uses these tools to run basic site features and, if you accept, to understand aggregate traffic.
How we use cookies
Essential cookies and storage keys remember your cookie choice and keep navigation usable. Analytics cookies, when allowed, help us see which educational pages are consulted most often. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not block access to courses information or forms.
Cookies table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| nodeapi-hub-cookie-consent | Stores Accept or Reject preference for the consent banner | 1 year (localStorage) | Nodeapi Hub |
| nah_session | Optional essential session continuity for future authenticated learner areas | Session | Nodeapi Hub |
| _nah_analytics | Aggregate page view metrics when analytics are accepted | 6 months | Nodeapi Hub analytics |
Managing or disabling cookies
Use the Accept or Reject buttons on our banner when it appears. You can also clear site data in your browser settings, which removes the consent key and shows the banner again. Browser controls can block cookies entirely; essential storage for consent may still be required to remember a Reject choice.
Third-party cookies
Embedded fonts or media hosted by third parties may set their own cookies according to those providers’ policies. We limit embeds and prefer directly linked images where practical.
Impact of disabling
Disabling analytics does not remove educational content. Blocking all cookies may reset preferences and, in some browsers, affect how forms remember nothing between pages — which is expected.
